The man behind OutFit is one of the most talented and versatile fitness professionals around. A lover of activity and the great outdoors as long as he can remember – his time in the fitness industry has been defined by imparting his belief that everyone can benefit from the right exercise, and that the physical and mental benefits of being active, outdoors can be realised by everyone. A real emphasis on quality of the exercise, and conducting exercise that he really believes in, has encouraged customers from a huge range of backgrounds to realise their potential through exercise. A natural ability to engage with, relate to and encourage different individuals sees him get results that people desire, whilst promoting fun and social inclusion at the same time. This, combined with a range of qualifications that put him at the highest Instructor Level on the Exercise Register (Specialist Level 4) leaves him well placed to help you – whatever your goal may be.

Joe Cooper graduated from university in 2003 and has since embarked upon a hugely successful career in health and fitness. Using a dynamic, innovative and functional approach to fitness Joe has had huge success in running fitness programmes, managing facilities, conducting group exercise activities, nutrition consultations and thousands of personal training sessions since.

Fitness work has taken him from North Wales to France, Turkey, Portugal and the city of London before a return ‘home’ to North Wales to set up ‘Out-Fit Personal Fitness’ in October 2007. This is where he remains, despite efforts to tempt him away from the U.K regularly – helping the people of North Wales reach their fitness goals. The result is a provider in OutFit who get people the results they want, by delivering exercise that they believe in. The guiding side of the business, WalkRun Clwydian is run alongside the day to day, week to week fitness operation, delivering events, day workshops and guiding, using the same ethos ‘the great outdoors is our gym, you can make it yours too…whoever you are, whatever your goal, get out there and enjoy the view!’
