Personal Training

Training with Joe has been like a breath of fresh air. Having lost my confidence after a knee operation and repeatedly trying to regain my fitness levels at a gym, Joe has motivated and continued to inspire me to build up my fitness levels and run outdoors again. Training on a Monday morning before work has been a really brilliant start to the week, and I love his very personalised and focussed approach to helping me to improve my fitness levels. As a result of working with Joe I now love training outdoors in the beautiful Vale of Clwyd countryside, whatever the weather. He really has inspired me – roll on my next 10K!’

‘Your sessions are such an inspiration to me! Thanks so much…

Sandy Tyrrell (Nannerch)

‘I really enjoyed the set of 10 PT sessions. I felt energised and full of beans after each session and it is a true delight to be out at that time of the morning. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful area.’
Thanks a bunch!

Carol Jones (Henllan)

Even here in rural North Wales, there are a lot of Personal Trainer’s about now. So it is not necessarily hard to find one – though it is harder to find the best one for you! If you are thinking about improving your physical and/or mental well being through some Personal Training then you would want to recruit a trainer who has the knowledge, ability and application required to specifically provide you with the most effective and appropriate programme of activity, relevant to your goals and needs.

Joe Cooper currently works with client’s who run marathon’s, who live with disability, who require specialist post-stroke rehab exercise, who suffer chronic back pain, who want to enhance their lactate threshold, who want to drop that elusive last bit of abdominal fat and much more – his versatility allows him to do this successfully. Many trainers conduct their sessions by handing out aimless exercise which simply makes clients sweat, or to ‘feel the burn’ – often too generic and not always appropriate. With Joe at OutFit you will get quality, specific exercise.

Joe loves the outdoor environment in which he works (the enthusiasm comes across during sessions as many clients have commented!) and spends his spare time practising what he preaches, being active outside, contributing to numerous outdoor fitness magazines in a fitness capacity and setting himself various physical challenges.

As the name, Out-Fit Personal Fitness suggests, Joe is a big believer in the physical and mental benefits of exercising effectively outside and as such most sessions are conducted in the great outdoors from the home or from many of the local training locations, with good shelter provided for the typically wet welsh weather if required! Indoor training can be arranged too if necassary and is occasionally more appropriate for some clients.

The goal is to provide clients with the most effective exercise possible, whilst keeping it FUN AND ENJOYABLE….and it’s working because people keep coming back.
