Online shopping can be quite complicated, so our policy is purposefully simple:

Returns/exchanges/refunds policy.

This is a personal service and as such we do our very best to offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy.
If your garment or order isn’t the right colour or doesn’t fit, don’t stress!

-Email us to get a returns code and an address to post to – note that we cannot accept items without a returns code.
-Send item back to us*
-Include a note indicating what you would like us to do – exchange or refund, for example.
-We will sort everything out and email you back promptly.

PLEASE NOTE: THE COST OF RETURNING ITEMS IN THE POST IS DOWN TO YOU, AND WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE RECORDED, INSURED OR TRACKED DELIVERY.

*Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition, namely, not worn, not used, tags still on and packaging in tact.

OutFit Personal Fitness Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information other than when order details are processed as part of order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose information to other parties.

Guarantees

Unless otherwise stated, goods may be returned for any reason (by you, the buyer) within 28 days of purchase and will be refunded in full.

Unless otherwise stated, all items carry a one year manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. Please contact us if an item is faulty.
