The man behind OutFit is one of the most talented and versatile fitness professionals around. Joe Cooper graduated from university in 2003 and has since embarked upon a hugely successful career in the industry and now chiefly conducts his work Personal Training in Ruthin, Denbigh, Mold, Wrexham and surrounding areas.
Using a dynamic, innovative and functional approach to fitness Joe has had huge success in running personal fitness programmes, managing facilities, conducting group exercise activities, nutrition consultations and thousands of personal training sessions since.
The general aim of personal training is to achieve your desired results and achieve them on time! Relatively few gym members make significant progress on ‘personlised programmes’ – but having a suitably skilled personal trainer create a tailored programme that is sustainable and guiding you through it increases the chances of success to a huge extent.
