A 30 minutes strength session takes place at 4pm this Wednesday, and is delivered via the ZOOM platform. All you will typically need is a pair of dumbells, a kettlebell and a mat. A couple of different weight options is always handy, though not essential. Pre booking is required here, and you'll be sent the link to join the session, on Wednesday afternoon prior to the session start.
