Joe Cooper has worked throughout Europe and the UK in Fitness. During a stint running a Fitness Programme in Turkey in 2005, he devised a way of keeping in contact with his clients back home – creating an effective support programme to keep clients on track. This has obviously evolved, and now clients log their workouts, view their plans and gain regular feedback through the OutFit App.
