Llyn Brenig Sprint Triathlon

We are delighted to bring to you, the opportunity to take part in the first event of it's type at beaufiul Llyn Brenig. Utilising the accessible lakeside by the visitor centre for a great start with the Swim (400m), participants will enjoy a spacious transition area and enjoy a 21km Cycle around the Lake and it's traffic free, undulating forest tracks and paths, before an invigorating 5km lakeside Run to finish a memorable morning out!

Note that the surface for the Cycle is a mixture of minor tarmac road and gravel tracks and paths...making it unsuitable for a road bike.
