Couch 2 Trail Runner is back - and it's a great opportunity for complete beginners (new to running), to make the first steps to start trail running, novices to gain confidence and improve their ability, and seasoned runners to hone their technique and learn about the best training practices.The course culminates with an (included in course fee) entry into the Loggerheads Trail 5k on March 9th, 2024.

Course Start Date: Saturday 6th January - Practical session 1 and Online Plan commences

20th January - Practical session 2

3rd February - Practical session 3

17th February - Practical session 4

2nd March - Practical session 5 and course complete!

9th March - Loggerheads 5k Trail Event (entry included in course fee!)

Based at Loggerheads Country Park, the course is what you make it - there are 5 practical sessions, to go alongside a training plan which is delivered online to you and accountability and coaching provided by Joe Cooper. Attendance at the practical sessions is helpful but not essential, meaning that wherever you live, you can still get lots from this course, and see a great improvement in your confidence, and ability to run off road!

Spaces are limited to ensure that we give participants the time and assistance they need, to get the most from the course.
