This fitness testing morning is a great way to get some figures on your health and fitness, and go away with ways to improve on your results, for further testing later in the year.
We'll test your Aerobic Fitness, Core Strength, Flexibility, Recovery time and agility.
The tests can be adapted - ie. For aerobic fitness, a sub maximal 1 mile walk test is used instead of a maximum effort bleep test, for those who it's more appropriate for. So, whatever your fitness level, it's a good opportunity to see where you are at compared to 'norms' - and get feedback on your results, and tips on what to do, to improve!
