Join us for this 45 minute session, which takes you through this great drill to improve strength and speed endurance for hill running!
We'll perform a suitable warm up, and you'll be coached through the session, whilst learning about why it's great for performance on the hill, and about where to fit it into a training plan, and options for progression.
This session is appropriate for hill runners of all abilities! We shall be performing the session together, but in the same spot - and the setup means you can work at your speed and focus on your own work - not having to 'keep up' with everyone!
