We are really excited to offer this new opportunity to take part in a monthly timed 5k, at such a lovely local venue! For a small entry fee, you get a chance to get outside and active at these very friendly and relaxed events - and a free hot drink for all participants gives you the chance to enjoy a catch up and some refreshment with friends afterwards. The aim is to create a no pressure, relaxed atmosphere - where experienced runners. walkers and those who fit in a category in the middle, can all join in!

- A well marked and marshalled 5k course
- A chance to run or walk from an amazing location with great views all around the course!
Registration will take place in the car park from 9am, and we'll get underway at 9.30am. Please dress for the weather, and wear footwear appropriate for mixed terrain running - there'll be a bit of road, field and footpath for you to enjoy.
