These are plans designed by Joe Cooper, to get you moving in the direction you want. You'll get lots of support via email and messenger, and your fellow participants in gthe private Members Facebook Group.
The plans are convenient in that they can be done anywhere without any equipment, and although generic (Personal Coaching clients get specific programming), if you choose the right one for you and adhere to the plan, there's a great chance it'll get you going in the right direction. We don't believe in quick-fix fads or unsustainably quick gains - and this is not an example of that! In 3 weeks, expect to create a base physically and motivationally for you to kick on and achieve great things.
