This virtual event encourages runners and walkers to increase the amount of ascent they do, during their time spent outdoors! Hills are great for us - they improve our aerobic capacity and make us stronger, as well as giving great rewards like amazing views and the unbeatable feel good factor of a good stretch of the legs, outdoors!
You'll log your activities via the event page and it'll tot up your totals as you go - you can sync with your strava/garmin/other platform if you wish.
The aim is simple, to get as much ascent done over the month of March as possible, and we'll reward all with a certificate at the end of the month, and a suitable prize for each winner!
Take on our ascent challange, and feel much better for it, as we head into Spring.
