A new event for walkers and runners, solo entrants and teams!

The 8 trigs in question, are those closes to the wonderful event base - Llanbenwch Caravan Park and Cafe, in the beautiful Vale of Clwyd, North East Wales!

A fully marked route, which sees you visit the 8 trig points - one at a time, with a return to base after each one. Before the start, after you finish, and in between trigs - you can enjoy the great facilities here. Toilets, showers, changing facilities, bag drop, cafe access and access to your vehicle and camping setup, if you choose to use one. There is an option to book a Electric hook up pitch (additional cost) for the duration, when entering the event. There is no extra cost for parking your car or vehicle, otherwise for the event.

This is a 24 hour challenge, and walkers and runners are invited to take this on - in teams of 4 (2 trigs each) or a solo participant! If you were to do all 8 trigs - you'll cover a distance of 100 MIles.

There is an option to enter the '5 trigs of trigmas' as a shorter option, involving the first 5 trigs of the main challenge, and therefore 'just' 55 Miles! This can also be done in 24 hours.

The route will be fully marked, and your visit to each trig is an 'out and back' route - meaning that navigation should be straightforward.

Everyone shall start together at 12 noon, and the speed at which you get them done is down to your ability or inclination!!

There is no time limit other than the event will close at 12 noon the following day, after exactly 24 hours.

2. Moel y Waun (10km)

3.  Moel Morfydd (23km)

4. Moel Gyw (15.5km)

5. Pincyn Llys (25km)

6. Cyrn y Brain (24km)

7. Moel Famau (24km)

8. Coed Nercwys (25km)

There shall be a great event day atmosphere on site, with some live music, lots of support and great facilities. 

All participants shall receive a bespoke medal from our partners at sustainable medals, and a certificate too - along with memories of a fantastic day and night out on the trails and hills, to take you into the festive season!
