Information

The most popular '3 Peaks' challenge is this one, taking in the highest mountains of Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon). The total walking distance involved is 23 Miles, and an ascent figure of just over 10,000ft!

This is a Walking challenge, where you'll need to have at least some experience of walking in Britain's high mountains, and we reccomend that you get training in, in the form of lots of miles in the hills to strengthen and condition you for this challenge. That said, though not easy,  it is well within the reach of the average fit mountain walker.

You'll be very well looked after on your challenge with us. Included are an array of Mountain Leaders to guide you on each of these mountains, minibus transport from Fort William railway station, between the mountains themselves, and a drop off at Chester station after Snowdon. In addition, we'll provide food and drink along the way, and there'll be certificates and bespoke wooden medals for all participants.
