In this 2.5hr session, we will be exploring the beautiful Clwydian Hills from our base at the ponderosa cafe, Horseshoe Pass.
We will be going over technique for various terrains - giving you tips on how to run most efficiently, helping you improve performance and avoid injury. We'll also look at walk technique on the hills, and the use of poles to assist you whilst training and/or racing. By the end of the morning, expect to have the knowledge of how to tackle best flat trail terrain, ascents, descents and traversing paths.
Poles will be provided, for those that need them.
Who is it suitable for? Anyone who has some off road running experience. You certainly do not have to be super fit, and the group will be managed so that nobody is getting left behind or standing around, getting cold whilst waiting for others. If you have run on the trails before, at whatever pace - this is for you!
