Complimenting our Spring 5 & 10k event at the Loggerheads Country Park, we have our 5 & 10 Mile equivalent back again this Autumn.

A 5 mile loop is completed twice by 10 Mile participants. Varied and challenging, the routes take in the most beautiful parts of the Country Park, from the well worn riverside paths to the less frequented single track higher up in the forest. 

Canicross runners are welcome at the 5 Mile distance, though should be aware that there are a couple of unavoidable stiles along the route.
