'Run Faster February' is all about giving people the knowledge and motivation to improve their running speed. The programme is suitable for beginner and experienced runners alike - and provides the following:
- Online Training Plan.
- Access to the event platform which enables you to view and log each training session, and watch video demos of what we are asking you to do
- Trainer check-in's and support throughout
- Access to weekly live training sessions, specifically designed for runners and running strength
- Access to the private Facebook group for accountabiltiy and support from your trainer, and fellow participants.
- Advice on all things Running, and Sports Nutrition!
