Great introduction to trail running, it’s a challenging course but that is made clear from all the comms. Well organised, great communication and really welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Thanks for a brilliant event

Great race, with good comms and great friendly atmosphere

Fantastic trail run with beautiful scenery. Paths were well marked but saw quite a few runners following their watches and missing the paths. Great introduction to trail running!

Well organised for a fell run over this distance. Good value for money. A flag at the finish line would be useful - a few people looked a bit lost at the end and were running to the carpark where we collected the wristbands.

Glad I picked this for my first trail half marathon. Some challenging hills and great scenery .

Thought the whole event was superb and rated all categories as very good. Only reason I didn’t think it was friendly to beginners was because it is a fairly challenging course

The only issue I had was, there was no prompt to book the coach from prestatyn on the website I used. I also had massive trouble downloading the route. no matter what I tried it didn't work. I ended up taking the wrong route for a 10 min diversion, but other than that, fantastic and I loved competing.

Worth paying the extra for the coach from Nova centre. The coach I was on had a good atmosphere considering not many people knew each other.
Great scenery and the distance and time flew by. Really enjoyed it

Views were spectacular and very well organised! The trail was very well marked and easy to follow if you have the route file as a back up

Excellent idea for a race, will be there again next year!

Just a couple more sign posts would have been useful!
